Complaints and sexual harassment

UOW College Hong Kong (UOWCHK) has its own systems of administration, teaching and learning, academic programme development, student affairs and finance, with an independent management and academic structure. All complaints concerning the College's matters should be addressed direct to the College's management.

Current students or past students who wish to make suggestions for improvements or complaints about UOWCHK matters may do so by following the proper procedures. If you wish to do so, you may download the following documents and lodge your complaint in accordance with the promulgated procedures:

The College is committed to providing a workplace and a learning environment that is free from sexual harassment, and will not condone any act of sexual harassment committed by its staff members or students. Sexual harassment is a breach to staff and student discipline and shall be subject to disciplinary action according to the Staff Code of Conduct, the Regulations Governing Staff Discipline, and the Code of Student Conduct and Disciplinary Procedure respectively.
