Notes:

Students who seek to add/drop courses resulting in a study load in the semester higher/lower than the range stipulated under the Academic Regulations should at the same time submit the application form for Deviation from Normal Study Load Range (with the paper add/drop form of all courses, if applicable) to the College Office at Tai Wai Campus.

Students may apply for consideration of extenuating circumstances if they reasonably believe that their ability to attend an examination has been adversely affected by the circumstances (i.e., Long-Term Illness/ Short-Term Illness/ Hospitalization/ Bereavement/ Serious Personal or Emotional Circumstances). They should submit the case with supporting evidence to the course-offering faculty as soon as possible but no later than 5 working days of the scheduled date of the affected examination.
