Description & Duties
1823 operates round-the-clock one-stop service to handle enquiries on behalf of 23 participating departments and complaints for the whole Government. The internship with 1823 enables students to gain valuable work experience, acquire knowledge on the services provided by various government departments and master essential customer service skills.

About Disney College Program
Disney College Program is a 10 to 12-week summer program where you will gain on-the-job working experience and a uniquely Disney learning experience. As part of the program, there will be value-added programs and activities such as sharing sessions by Senior Management, behind the scenes tours, and an opportunity to shadow leaders in your respective teams. The Civil Service Bureau (CSB) has launched the Administrative Service Summer Internship Programme (ASSIP) 2026. Please find the details below:
Programme Details
The primary objective of the Administrative Service Internship Programme is to give Hong Kong students who wish to pursue a career in the Administrative Service an opportunity to gain hands-on experience of working with serving Administrative Officers (Aos), so as to enrich their understanding of the roles and mission of an AO and facilitate their future career planning.
Students participating in the Programme will be assigned to one government bureau or department with similar duties to those of AOs. Students will also have the opportunity to visit various government offices and / or relevant public organisations.

Selection Criteria
Hong Kong students studying at any tertiary institution who fulfil the following selection criteria are welcome to apply for the Programme:
- being a permanent resident of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region;
- undergoing full-time studies at a local or overseas / Mainland tertiary institution in the 2025-26 and 2026-27 academic years, with a view to obtaining by summer 2027or 2028 (i.e. by September) a bachelor’s degree or higher qualifications;
- being committed to serve the community and with an interest in pursuing a career in the Administrative Service after graduation;
- possessing leadership qualities;
- being able to work in a team;
- being active in community / school activities;
- having outstanding academic achievements; and
- being fully biliterate (in Chinese and English) and trilingual (in Cantonese, Putonghua and spoken English).
Terms of Employment
The employment period will last for about two months or more between May and September 2026 (depending on office exigencies and individual participants' availability, the actual employment period of different cases may vary). The level of remuneration for participants will be $11,500 per month (including contribution to Mandatory Provident Fund). Participants are normally required to work 44 hours per week. The exact hours of work will depend on the actual operational needs. Overtime work, where necessary, will be compensated by time-off in lieu.
All successful applicants will be offered identical terms of employment (except for the period). No allowance will be given to appointees currently residing outside Hong Kong to cover their travelling expenses to and from Hong Kong or their subsistence during their stay in Hong Kong.

Programme Aim & Details
The Programme aims to help NEC students accumulate work experience and enhance their competitiveness for employment. The internship placements will generally involve providing administrative support in the day-to-day operation of the bureau/department and/or implementation of projects. Some of the placements may also specifically relate to the provision of public service to NEC communities in Hong Kong so that the interns can give play to their strengths in the knowledge of NEC languages and cultures. Internship Details
The internship will last for around eight weeks from mid-June to August 2026. Applicants should ensure their availability throughout the internship period.
Interns under the Programme will receive a monthly allowance of $11,500 tentatively, to be calculated on a pro-rata basis. Successful applicants, who will be employed on non-civil service terms by the HKSAR Government, are required to sign a declaration that they will uphold the Basic Law of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China, bear allegiance to the HKSAR, be dedicated to their duties and be responsible to the HKSAR Government.

The Administrative Service Winter Internship Programme 2025 (“the Programme”) is to give Hong Kong students who wish to pursue a career in the Administrative Service an opportunity to gain hands-on experience of working with serving Administrative Officers (AOs), so as to enrich their understanding of the roles and mission of an AO and facilitate their future career planning. Details are as follow:
Content of the Programme:
Participants will be assigned to one government bureau or department with similar duties to those of AOs. Students will also have the opportunity to visit various government offices and / or relevant public organisations.
Selection Criteria:
- Being a permanent resident of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region;
- Undergoing full-time studies at a local or overseas/ Mainland tertiary institution in the 2025 and 2026 academic years, with a view to obtaining by 2026 or 2027 a bachelor’s degree or higher qualifications (applicants who are expected to graduate in 2026 would be given higher priority);
- Being committed to serve the community and with an interest in pursuing a career in the Administrative Service after graduation;
- Possessing leadership qualities;
- Being able to work in a team;
- Being active in community / school activities;
- Having outstanding academic achievements; and
- Being fully biliterate (in Chinese and English) and trilingual (in Cantonese, Putonghua and spoken English)
Terms of Employment:
- Employment mode: Full-time
- *Employment period: About 8 weeks from late November 2025 to late January 2026
- Allowance: $11,500 per month
- Working hours: Normally 44 hours per week (exact hours of work will depend on the actual operational needs)
*Depending on office exigencies and individual participants’ availability, the actual employment period of individual cases may vary

- a recent colour photo taken against a plain background (file format should be JPG, JPEG or PNG; minimum size of the photo should be 413 x 531 pixels);
- a completed application form;
- copies of relevant documents of academic attainment;
- copies of university transcripts;
- two essays (one in Chinese and one in English) of no more than 300 words each, with the Chinese essay on a personal experience on handling a disagreement or conflict, and the English essay on one policy that they recommend for inclusion in the Policy Address; and
- two reference letters (of which one must be written by the staff of the tertiary institution they are currently enrolled in).
Applicants may be invited to a selection interview. For those who do not receive any notification within twelve weeks after the above-mentioned deadline may assume their applications unsuccessful.

2025政務職系冬季實習計劃 (下稱「計劃」) 是讓有志加入政務職系的香港學生有機會與現職政務主任共事,了解政務主任的角色和使命,汲取實際工作經驗,幫助他們就未來事業發展作出更好的規劃。詳情如下:
計劃内容:
參加者將獲派至一個政府決策局或部門,負責與政務主任相類似的職務。此外,學生亦有機會前往不同政府工作單位和/或公共機構參觀。
遴選準則:
- 擁有香港特別行政區永久性居民身份;
- 於2025及2026學年在本地或內地╱海外大專院校就讀全日制課程,並將於2026或2027年獲得學士學位或以上程度學歷的學生(將於2026年畢業的申請人將獲較高的優先次序);

The Transport and Logistics Bureau (TLB) has launched the Internship Scheme on Modern Logistics to provide sponsorship to eligible logistics companies for recruiting interns to undertake duties relating to modern logistics. The Scheme aims to promote and support the sustainable development of the logistics industry, nurture talents and allow more young people to learn about the innovative and digital logistics technologies and operations in the modern logistics industry, so as to encourage them to join the logistics industry after graduation.
Eligibility
Hong Kong residents who are lawfully employable in Hong Kong, and currently* –
- full-time students (including those who are in their final year of study)– undertaking undergraduate or sub-degree or diploma programmes in tertiary or training institutions in or outside Hong Kong; and
- not beneficiaries under any publicly-funded internship programmes.
* Excluding students currently undertaking postgraduate programmes.

With the support of the Culture, Sports and Tourism Bureau, Hong Kong Arts Development Council (HKADC) is going to launch the second edition of “2024/25 Arts Talents Internship Matching Programme” in early July. It aims to nurture and provide 18-month internship opportunities for talented graduates from tertiary institutions to enter the industry in their initial years. Targeted at various art forms and different positions within the industry, the Programme matches eligible graduates with arts organizations through a continuous mechanism, allowing them to gain experience through on-the-job training.

Eligibility:
- Permanent residents of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region aged 18 or above;
- Graduates of local or overseas university, obtained within the last 3 school years* while submitting the application
Internship Scheme: Artistic (music/dance/drama/xiqu) & Production Personnel (stage arts/ design/ production/ management)
Eligibility:
- Permanent residents of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region aged 18 or above;
- Associate Degree Graduates or Higher Diploma Holders of local or overseas tertiary institutes or above, obtained within the last 3 school years* while submitting the application
*For local graduates, last three school years generally refer to 2021/22, 2022/23 and 2023/24.
