How to form a new student club?

Complete and submit the below documents to The Student Centre at uowchk-ss@uow.edu.au:

  1. Student club registration form
  2. Consent form of student club advisor

*Students should read through the Guidelines on the Operation of Student Clubs before proposing the formation of new clubs.

*Each club is required to be supervised by at least one student club internal advisor whom should be a UOWCHK staff member. If you have difficulties in looking for an appropriate club advisor, you are welcome to contact the Student Centre.
