Complete Your Enrolment
Please bring along the following documents to our General Office (deadline is indicated in your enrolment letter):
a) The email informing you of Enrolment matters
b) Declaration Form (Attachment I)
c) Information Sheet for Student Identity Card (Attachment II)
d) Personal Information Collection Statement
Your photo must be:
- In color
- Taken within the last 6 months to reflect your current appearance
- Taken in front of plain light color (preferably light blue, light green) background
- Taken in full-face view directly facing the camera
- With a neutral facial expression and both eyes open
Acceptable File Format of Digital Photo:

d) Hong Kong Permanent Identity Card
(for non-local students: your Passport/Exit-entry Permit (EEP) with appropriate visa/valid entry permit or Document of Identity. Students holding a dependant visa/entry permit will be asked to indicate when such document was first issued to them by the Director of Immigration)
e) For students aged under 18 on the enrolment day:

Your Student Identity Card
You will be issued a student identity card after enrolment. The card bears your name and student number with a photo which is for identification purpose at the College. Your mode of study ('Full Time' or 'Part Time'), issuance date and expiry date will also be shown on your student identity card.
