4 March 2026 — The Faculty of Business of UOW College Hong Kong is pleased to announce that the Associate of Business Administration in General Management programme has been granted partial endorsement by the Hong Kong Institute of Human Resource Management (HKIHRM) for the period from March 2026 to February 2029.
The endorsement was approved by the HKIHRM Professional Standards Committee, recognising the programme’s alignment with the professional standards and expectations of the human resource management field in Hong Kong. With this endorsement, graduates of the programme will be eligible to apply to become Associate Members of HKIHRM upon successful completion of the HKIHRM Associate Member Assessment.
This achievement reflects UOW College Hong Kong’s commitment to delivering industry-relevant business education and strengthening students’ professional pathways in management and human resource-related fields.
Mr Zion Lee, Programme Leader of the Associate of Business Administration in General Management programme, welcomed the endorsement and said:
“We are delighted that the Associate of Business Administration in General Management programme has received endorsement from HKIHRM. This recognition affirms our ongoing efforts to maintain academic quality, professional relevance, and strong industry alignment. The endorsement will further enhance our students’ career development opportunities and provide them with a clearer pathway towards professional recognition in the human resource management sector.”
The Associate of Business Administration in General Management programme is designed to equip students with a broad foundation in business administration, management principles, organisational behaviour, and related professional knowledge. The programme aims to prepare students for further study and career development across a wide range of business and management fields.
The HKIHRM endorsement is valid for three years, from March 2026 to February 2029.
