Strengthening industry ties

Representatives from UOW College Hong Kong joined the Institute of Financial Planners of Hong Kong (IFPHK) in celebrating its 25^th Anniversary at a cocktail reception on 22 August 2025 in Hong Kong.  The event brought together professionals, educators, and industry leaders for an evening of meaningful conversations, laughter, and reflection on the milestones achieved over the past quarter-century.  UOWCHK attendees were Dr. Fion Man, Acting Dean, Faculty of Business, and Mr. Toby Butt, Assistant Professor, Faculty of Business.  Their presence underscored the College’s ongoing commitment to engaging with the financial planning community and supporting professional development.  As an Approved Education Provider of IFPHK, UOWCHK delivers the IFPHK Certification Education Program, which helps to nurture future financial planning professionals and uphold industry standards.   The anniversary event highlighted IFPHK’s commitment to promoting high standards in financial planning and fostering a vibrant professional community.
