Staff of UOW College Hong Kong were updated on the new Organizational Structure of the Global Executive at a consultation session on 20 November 2025 held by Ms Kerrie Field, Global Chief People & Culture Officer of UOW Global Enterprises. Ms Field outlined the key principles driving the new organization design, such as heightened expectations from regulators and the University of Wollongong’s desire to operate as a connected global university. Staff were able to get a glimpse into the benefits that can be accrued from the change, including a focus on future growth and expansion through functional reporting, and heightened capability in key business functions i.e. Academic, Operations, and People & Culture.
