Libraries opening hours during Chinese New Year 2021/22

Please note the counters of Telford Library and Kowloon City Library will be closed earlier at 5:30pm on Chinese New Year’s Eve (31 January, Monday). Opening Hours remain 9:00 am – 9:45 pm. The Libraries opening hours will return to normal from 4 February 2022.
