Dual Certification for First Hong Kong Cohort of Spanish Teacher Training Program

UOW College Hong Kong and Instituto Cervantes have successfully concluded the inaugural session of their collaborative Curso de formación y práctica docente de ELE (Teacher Training and Practice Course for Spanish as a Foreign Language).  The first cohort of Spanish teachers has now completed the intensive program and received their prestigious dual certificates.

This pioneering semi-presencial (blended) course, held in October and November 2025,  taught the language in a unique combination of theoretical knowledge and hands-on practical experience.  The program's structure—featuring online methodology modules, live class observations, and a culminating teaching practicum—proved highly effective in bridging the gap between theory and practice.

The pilot program has established a proven model for training Spanish language educators in Hong Kong.  More future sessions incorporating feedback are expected to be offered to meet ongoing demand.

首屆香港西班牙語教師培訓課程獲雙重認證

香港伍倫貢學院（UOW College Hong Kong）與西班牙塞萬提斯學院（Instituto Cervantes）成功舉辦首屆合作課程——Curso de formación y práctica docente de ELE（西班牙語作為外語教師培訓與實踐課程）。首批西班牙語教師已完成這項密集培訓，並獲得備受推崇的雙重證書。

這項開創性的半面授（混合）課程於2025年10月及11月舉行，為學員提供理論知識與實踐經驗的獨特結合。課程結構包括線上教學法模組、現場課堂觀摩，以及教學實習，成功縮短理論與實踐之間的距離，成效顯著。

隨著此試點課程圓滿結束，香港伍倫貢學院與塞萬提斯學院已建立一個行之有效的西班牙語教師培訓模式。兩所機構現正收集學員回饋，並計劃未來課程，以滿足持續增長的需求。
