Checklist for New Students Performing Bachelor of Aviation (Honours) in Operations and Management Programme (SSSDP: JSSW01) Registration 2023-24

Step 1 Check your offer result

Visit JUPAS website (https://www.jupas.edu.hk)

  • Main Round: 9 August 2023
  • Rechecking/ Remarking Round: 24 August 2023
  • Clearing Round: 28 August 2023

 

Step 2 Pay acceptance fee to confirm acceptance of offer

Pay fee of HK$5,000 to JUPAS Office and access the JUPAS website (https://www.jupas.edu.hk) to complete Steps 1 and 2

  • Main Round: On or before 10 August 2023, 5:00 p.m.
  • Rechecking/ Remarking Round: On or before 24 August 2023, 5:00 p.m.
  • Clearing Round: On or before 28 August 2023, 5:00 p.m.

 

Step 3 Check offer details and registration procedures AND Pay tuition fee

Check offer details and registration procedures from the UOWCHK Admission Offer Letter and information sent to you via email (to your registered personal email address)

Settle the remaining amount of tuition fee of for Semester A of 2023-24 by the payment deadline specified in the Admission Offer Letter

Step 4 Upload documents to the system

Access the system with the following information as stated in your UOWCHK Admission Offer Letter

Verification system

Check your Admission Offer Letter

Application Number:

Your JUPAS application number (8-digit number)

Student Payment Number:

The payment number received in email

HKID / Passport Number:

First 4 Character of your HKID card or passport number including alphabets e.g. X123456(7), please input X123

Upload a copy of the following documents to the system:

  1. UOWCHK Admission Offer Letter
  2. HKID Card
  3. HKDSE Examination Result Slip
  4. Personal Photo (for preparation of your UOWCHK student identity card)*
  5. Payment receipt / screen capture showing payment of tuition fee to UOWCHK


* Your photo must be:

  • In Color
  • Taken within the last 6 months to reflect your current appearance
  • Taken in front of plain light color (preferably light blue, light green) background
  • Taken in full-face view directly facing the camera
  • With a neutral facial expression and both eyes open
  • Follow these file format:

Image type:

JPEG

File size:

2MB or below

Photo size (if captured by scanner):

38mm(W) x 40MM(H)

Image size (if captured by digital camera):

At least 450 pixels(W) x 475 pixels

 

Step 5 Complete the enrolment procedures

After completion of Steps 3 & 4, you will receive an UOWCHK Enrolment Letter within 5-7 calendar days:

  • Make an on-line appointment to book session as instructed in the UOWCHK Enrolment Letter; AND
  • Come in person and bring along all the documents as specified in the UOWCHK Enrolment Letter to the location below:
