The UOW College Hong Kong (“UOWCHK”), currently also named as Community College of City University (“CCCU”), is widely acknowledged as one of the leading institutions of its kind in Hong Kong, providing quality tertiary education for about 3,500 students. The College offers a wide range of Degrees, Associate Degree (AD) programmes, a Diploma in General Studies, and International Language Proficiency Tests with preparatory courses. In association with the University of Wollongong (Australia), the College offers top-up degrees for associate degrees or higher diploma graduates. It has two well-provisioned campuses in Kowloon Tong and Kowloon Bay, with library facilities for all students. The appointee will be responsible for (a) managing the operation of the General Office and supervising supporting staff; (b) performing various administrative functions; (c) assisting in programme admission and registration; (d) and performing other duties as assigned.
Applicants must have a good honours degree in 3 years’ relevant post-qualification experience. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in computer applications, good interpersonal and organization skills, strong initiative are required. The appointee should be well-organized, flexible, adaptable and able to work independently.

Salary and Conditions of Service
Remuneration package will be highly competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointment will normally be made on fixed-term contract for 2 years. Fringe benefits include leave, medical and dental schemes, where applicable.
