UOW College Hong Kong (“UOWCHK”), formerly known as Community College of City University (“CCCU”), is widely acknowledged as one of the leading institutions of its kind in Hong Kong, providing quality tertiary education for about 5,000 students. The appointee will work as an individual and a small team to provide technical support and manage the network infrastructure. His/her job will involve with network planning, performance analysis, software installation, system configuration and troubleshooting of network systems as well as liaising with suppliers.


Applicants must have a good honours degree in computer science, electronics or communication. (Applicants who have a higher Diploma/Diploma in computer science, network administration, electronics or information technology will be considered for the post of Technical Assistant.)

Applicants should have experience in network configuration and support with programming skill in C++, or Java language; and be familiar with Windows Ten, network products such as firewall, router, switch and cables. An IT training including network and system support in educational/commercial environment is preferable.


Salary and Conditions of Service
Remuneration package will be highly competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointment will normally be made on fixed-term contract for 2 years. Fringe benefits include leave, medical and dental schemes, where applicable.
