Smart casual and graduation gown

Please click here for procedures and details on renting your graduation gown. All graduates attending the ceremony must wear a proper gown on stage, which must be rented from Victoria Uniform. Gowns of other designs will not be accepted.

Admission and Guest Tickets

You can pick up your admission or guest tickets between 28 October to 7 November 2026 at Level 1, UOW College Hong Kong, 18 Che Kung Miu Road, Tai Wai, Hong Kong, during the following times:

  • Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm
  • Saturday from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm 

Important: Please review the attached Instructions for Graduates before the ceremony. It covers the main arrangements for arrival and registration, gown preparation, ceremony proceedings, and post-ceremony procedures.
