Campuses and facilities
The College currently has two campuses, both easily accessed from nearby MTR stations. Our new campus, located at Sa Po Road, Kowloon City with over 87000 square feet of space, is a three-minute walk from the forthcoming Sung Wong Toi MTR station, and will be open in September 2021.
New Kowloon City Campus opens in September 2021
Students enrolling in the College will attend classes at either one of two campuses in Kowloon City and Kowloon Bay, both easily accessible from nearby MTR stations. Another campus in Tai Wai, acquired by the College through the government’s Land Grant Scheme, will be ready in 2024. The Diploma in General Studies is also housed in the Kowloon Bay Campus in Telford Plaza.
The new facility at Kowloon City, with over 87,000 sqf of space, which comprises new classrooms, library, and staff offices, will provide a brand new learning experience to our students. The Kowloon Bay Telford Campus has specially designed facilities ideal for teaching and learning, with Lecture Theatres, Group Study Rooms as well as regular classrooms, on-site Computer Laboratories with printing services that are open to students at designated periods. Notebook computers are available for loan to students for their use on campus, while all students can stay connected on campus with wireless LAN.
Telford Library and University of Wollongong E-Library Resources
All students attending classes at the Telford Campus have access to the Telford library, which provides easy access to textbooks, periodicals and library materials. Online facilities are available for connection to the electronic resources of the University of Wollongong Library.
The Run Run Shaw Library City University (for Year 2 students at Kowloon Tong campus only)
Students in Year 2 of associate degrees attending classes at the Kowloon Tong campus are entitled to use the Run Run Shaw Library, located at the City University campus. Students may borrow from a collection of more than 1,019,000 volumes of printed books. They can also access the electronic resources of the University of Wollongong Library.
The College actively supports its students in sports for the benefit of enhancing students’ campus life, promoting a healthy lifestyle, and providing a platform to build relationships and confidence. All student are entitled to use the sports facilities at Telford Recreation Club (Kowloon Bay) and Spotlight Recreation Club (Whampoa Gardens). Fitness Centers at Telford Recreation Club and Spotlight Recreation Club offer students a diverse range of group physical fitness classes such as Yoga, Boxing and Indoor Cycling led by professional instructors. Bookings of fitness classes and sports facilities like badminton courts and swimming pools at both clubs may be made via the College's Sports Facilities Online Booking System.
