The acceptance fee paid at the time of admission will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Students who do not plan to continue their studies at the College should submit the application form for Withdrawal from Studies on or before the closing date of the student revision period of the semester concerned. The application will normally take effect from the date of submission. However, once the examination period has started, the application will only take effect from the following semester.

Students may apply for consideration of extenuating circumstances if they reasonably believe that their ability to attend an examination has been adversely affected by the circumstances (i.e., Long-Term Illness/ Short-Term Illness/ Hospitalization/ Bereavement/ Serious Personal or Emotional Circumstances). They should submit the case with supporting evidence to the course-offering faculty as soon as possible but no later than 5 working days of the scheduled date of the affected examination.

The acceptance fee paid at the time of admission will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Students who do not plan to continue their studies at the College should submit the application form for Withdrawal from Studies on or before the closing date of the student revision period of the semester concerned. The application will normally take effect from the date of submission. However, once the examination period has started, the application will only take effect from the following semester.

Students may apply for consideration of extenuating circumstances if they reasonably believe that their ability to attend an examination has been adversely affected by the circumstances (i.e., Long-Term Illness/ Short-Term Illness/ Hospitalization/ Bereavement/ Serious Personal or Emotional Circumstances). They should submit the case with supporting evidence to the course-offering faculty as soon as possible but no later than 5 working days of the scheduled date of the affected examination.
